Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a great way to spice up your lunch or dinner!

01 Chicken Breast

02 Franks RedHot Sauce

03 Romaine Heart

04 Blue Cheese Dressing

05 Flour Tortillas

Prepare Chicken for Cooking


Heat a large cast iron skillet and then cut chicken breast in half lengthwise. Add salt and pepper to chicken, add oil to pan and then add chicken

Cook Chicken


Cook chicken on each side for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes. Put chicken back into warm pan, add hot sauce and coat chicken well.

Mix Romaine and Dressing


Mix blue cheese dressing and chopped romaine heart. Then ut celery and set aside until ready to assemble wraps.

Assemble Wraps


Warm tortillas according to package directions, Then assemble by adding lettuce, celery stalks, chicken, additional sauces and then rolling! Slice and enjoy!
