This Honey Mustard Chicken is one of my favorite dishes to serve to a crowd. Sweet, tangy, juicy, and savory, this one-dish meal is hearty and makes enough to serve eight!
Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the stone ground mustard, honey, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt.
Gently brush the homemade honey mustard glaze over the chicken thighs.
Bake until the chicken is no longer pink and the sauce has caramelized.
Serve warm and enjoy!
