This Crockpot Breakfast Casserole is loaded with frozen hash browns, eggs, cheddar cheese, and yummy sausage. It’s quick to put together and is sure to be the most satisfying start to your day!
In a small pan, cook the sausage until it is no longer pink in the middle.
Add the cooked sausage, hash browns, and cheddar cheese to your crockpot. Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until smooth. Pour the mixture into the crockpot and stir until all ingredients are coated.
Place the lid on your crockpot and cook on high heat until the eggs are set.
