Easy Tropical Smoothie Recipe with Fresh & Frozen Fruit
I am a smoothie girl through and through. The taste, the ease, the health benefits-I’m here for it all. This bright and colorful Tropical Smoothie Recipe made with banana, pineapple, mango and a whole orange screams "summertime and the living is easy."
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen pineapples, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 whole orange, 1 cup milk of choice, 1 teaspoon vanilla
If your blender is working too hard or not mixing well, add a bit more milk and blend again.
1 cup milk of choice
Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy right away.

You can substitute juice for the milk options. Pineapple or orange juice would be yummy.
Use my tried and true method of layering the ingredients to your blender: Add the liquids first. Add any greens, if using. Then add any soft ingredients like fresh fruit. Finally, add any frozen fruit. Blend slowly at first, then turn the speed up and blend until smooth.
You can easily customize this recipe. You can substitute more of the other ingredients for one you may not like or are out of OR use another tropical fruit in its place.
