16ouncesspaghetti(cooked according to directions on the box)
½cupsalted butter(1 stick)
1teaspoongarlic powder
1tablespoonminced fresh garlic(about 5-6 cloves)
1teaspoongranulated sugar
1tablespoonsoy sauce
¼cupfresh grated Parmigiano cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions. Set aside.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter and add the garlic powder and minced garlic. Mix until the butter is all melted and the garlic is incorporated.
Add the sugar and soy sauce. Mix until combined and bring to a simmer.
Add the pasta to the skillet and mix to coat with the sauce.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmigiano cheese!
Notes
You can skip the soy sauce and sugar, they just add a little demention to the dish.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
Re-warm: In a skillet add the pasta and 1 tablespoon of water. Warm on medium-low heat until the desired temperature.
