If you’re craving a juicy homemade burger, this simple Air Fryer Hamburger recipe is the right match for you! A perfectly cooked patty is served on a soft bun and garnished with your favorite toppings to make this quick and easy weeknight meal!
While the air fryer is preheating, use a large spoon or your hands to work the steak seasoning into the ground beef. Divide the beef into 4 equally sized balls and use your hands to press them into patties.
Place all 4 patties in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes at 340°F, flipping halfway through.
Check to make sure the internal temperature of your burgers is at least 165°F. Top with your desired toppings, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Your burgers should be finished cooking after 10 minutes, but if you would like it well done you can cook it for an additional 2 minutes.
I prefer to use 90/10 or 85/15 ground beef, but any ground beef will work great.
Topping these patties with cheese right after they come out of the air fryer will melt the cheese to perfection before you add any other toppings.
You can store your leftover patties in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat them in the microwave.
