Ingredients

pineapple juice

ripe banana

orange juice concentrate
Instructions
Combine everything in the blender, and process until smooth.
If it is too thin, add a little more ice, and re-blend. If it is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice.
If it seems a little bland, add a spoonful of orange juice concentrate. You can't mess this up. :)
