01 Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

02 Honey

03 Brown Sugar

04 Vanilla Extract

05 Peanut Butter

06 Chocolate Chips

Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish


Preheat the oven to 350. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment or foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.

Toast Oats & Prepare Honey Mixture


While oats are lightly toasting in the oven, bring honey, butter and brown sugar to a light bubble.

Add Other Ingredients


Remove mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla, salt, and peanut butter.

Combine Oats & Honey Mixture


Add the toasted oats and the peanuts to a large bowl. Pour the honey mixture over the oat and nut mixture and stir to combine.

Add Mixture to Pan


Add mixture to prepared pan and let cool for 10 minutes before sprinkling mini chocolate chips over the top.

Chill and Serve


Let bars chill for at least 2 hours. Lift from pan using parchment and cut into desired shapes and sizes!
