Combine all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Whisk the ingredients using a fork or small whisk until homogenous.

Notes
You can find crumbled blue cheese in the dairy/ deli section of most major grocery stores.
Store this dressing by transferring it to an airtight container or mason jar. Store your dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
For some extra tang you can add the zest of half a lemon.
I found that dried parsley was a little easier to mix into the dressing without any clumps forming. However, you can replace the dried parsley with 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley if you would like.
The salt amplifies the flavor of the lemon and cheese.
You can substitute the blue cheese with gorgonzola if that is all you can find.
