Slice your banana and wash your fruit. Set all of the fruit aside. Cook the pancakes and waffles according to their package directions.
Lay down the waffles, pancakes, and croissants on a large cutting board or serving plate.
Fill in the open space on the plate or cutting board with fresh fruit. Scatter the fruit around so they are mixed together or keep them in separate piles.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can disassemble your board and store the different foods in airtight containers in the fridge. The pancakes and waffles will last about 5 days and the fruit will last for about 4-5 days.
Other fruits you can use include blackberries, raspberries, and kiwi. While you can really use any fruit, I like to stick with fruit that pairs nicely with the pancakes and waffles.
If you don’t mind getting your board a little messy then filling a small dish or gravy boat with maple syrup makes a fun addition to this breakfast board.
Other breakfast board ideas include incorporating bacon, sausage, eggs, freshly sliced deli meats, and cubed cheeses.
You can easily customize this board to serve more or fewer people. The plentiful options in ingredient ideas also makes it easy to accommodate most food allergies.
Costco sells a delicious chocolate croissant. You can also use regular croissants or your favorite breakfast pastry.
