Shrimp Foil Dinner Recipe

Shrimp Foil Dinners are not only simple to make but also offer a delicious combination of shrimp, vegetables, and herbs that will satisfy your taste buds.

Start by combining melted butter, garlic, and herbs in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds, or sauté on the stovetop.


Brush the center of six 18-inch foil sheets with the butter mixture to prevent sticking. Divide shrimp, broccoli, and cauliflower evenly among the foil sheets.


Brush the remaining butter mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Fold and seal the foil packets by folding two opposite ends over the ingredients, then folding the remaining ends.


Preheat the grill to medium to medium-high heat and place the foil packets on the grill grates. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until shrimp is cooked and vegetables are tender.


Carefully open the foil packets, being cautious of hot steam, and serve the hot shrimp foil dinner. Consider serving with additional lemon slices.
