This Pea Soup is a flavorful, elegant dish that combines peas, celery, chicken broth, and heavy cream to create a rich, year-round delight!
In a large soup pot, sauté the diced celery, minced onion, garlic powder, and Italian spice in the butter. Cook until the celery is soft.
Add the peas and chicken broth. Bring the broth to a boil.
Reduce the heat to a simmer. Allow the peas to cook until soft.
Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth. Then Stir in the heavy cream.
Stir in the heavy cream until it is fully incorporated into the soup. Serve and enjoy!
