7 Layer  Bar Recipe

One bite and you will realize the magic of 7 Layer Bars. Layered with all the good things: graham crackers, chocolate, white chocolate, butterscotch chips, pecans, coconut and drizzled with sweetened condensed milk to top it off.

Let’s get started!


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Crush the graham crackers taking care that they are all crushed to small pieces, chunks of cracker crumbs will cause your bars to fall apart. Spread graham cracker crumbs evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.


Pour the butter evenly over the graham cracker crumbs in the pan and give it a little stir to coat evenly. Using your hand or the bottom of a measuring cup, press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan.


Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumb layer. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips evenly over the sweetened condensed milk.


Sprinkle with shredded coconut and then the chopped pecans. Gently press these layers into the pan.


Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the coconut is lightly browned. Cool before cutting. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
