Got cucumbers from a friend’s garden and tried this. Great recipe, fast and easy and delicious, looking forward to snacking those pickles – spices used were dill, pepper, coriander, chili and a hint of curry!

Can you reuse the brine leftover from the pickles to make more pickles? Seems like such a waste to throw it out after a week or less
