Smoothies are easy, healthy and great for all ages. This Strawberry Banana Smoothie is high in fiber and rich in antioxidants and tastes delicious.

Let’s get started!

Add all of the ingredients to your blender.

Add in the order listed, or in the order recommended for your blender (liquid should be closest to blades and frozen furthest away).

Blend for 45-60 seconds or until very smooth.

Pour into cups and enjoy!

Depending on the time of year you can switch frozen strawberries for fresh and use frozen bananas instead of fresh!
