How to Grill Corn on the Cob

Grilling corn on the cob is the best way to prepare this tasty side dish. This is a straightforward process that requires minimal preparation and tastes delicious.


Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 350°F to 400°F. While the grill is heating, peel back the husks of the corn without removing them completely. Remove the silk (the fine threads) from the corn.


Brush each ear of corn with olive oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add your favorite herbs or spices for extra flavor. Then pull the husks back up to cover the corn kernels.


Place the prepared corn on the preheated grill grates. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes or until the kernels are tender and have some The husks may become charred, which is normal.
