Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs (one at a time), melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix well. Pour the filling over the crust.


Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 25 minutes. Edges should be set, center slightly jiggly.


Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let it cool for 1 hour. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
