Love this corn bread! I’ve probably made it at least 15 times now. Thought I’d finally come on here and say thank you! Also, gluten free swap is JUST as good as regular, especially after letting it sit for 30 min prior to baking. Delicious.

I’m wondering what elevation you are baking it at? I tried all the different amounts and they all work, I changed it to get rid of the bitterness. Maybe yours was old so it fell?
