Made this tonight. I kept the baking soda at 2.5 tsp but used Argo brand which has no aluminium. Bread was perfection!

I was craving cornbread, and so many recipes called for things I didn’t have on hand — like buttermilk. This recipe was so easy to make with everyday pantry ingredients, and the consistency was perfect — crisp crust and soft on the inside. I can’t stop eating it.
