We loved the Sweet Potato Curry recipe. I converted it to Instant Pot recipe and added garbanzo beans and a carrot. Thanks for the recipe, would enjoy more veggie recipes!

That one had broccoli, carrots, and chick peas in addition to sweet potato. I’ve also tried a sweet potato and pineapple curry. So good.
