Thanks for a very good recipe! I did not use much cheese and missed the hint about a little water in the bottom of pan, so mine were a little dry.
The cilantro rice from your recipe was delish!
I will try to make a ranchero sauce to top it!

We made these last night for the first time. We loved them. We customized each of our own peppers. My husband & son made theirs a little spicey. I made mine without the rice. So good. We will definitely make again. Thanks for another great recipe!
