Hubby loves this, especially when I make French toast. It’s easy to make, your instructions are user friendly even for someone just starting out.

So good! I started my starter just two weeks ago following your instructions. It seemed like it was ready to use on day 6, so I went for it. My first loaf was delicious and they’ve only gotten better since. I thought I was ready to try something a little different, so I tried this one. It smelled so good coming out of the oven, it was hard to wait for it to cool. We devoured it within hours. Will make again!

In reply to katie. You can score it down the middle in the pan or if you don't, it will crack on one side as it rises and kind of score itself.

Do you score the loaf in the pan? Since the dough is a little different than regular sourdough not sure if I should score it before baking? Added raisins along with the cinnamon sugar 🙂

In reply to katie. Yes, it's delightful. I like to soak them in hot water for 10 minutes and then drain well before adding.
