					<description><![CDATA[Followed the recipe but for some reason the dough isn’t thick enough to roll, even when refrigerating. I’m not complaining because you can scoop them and they taste delicious! Wife’s favorite! But I’m just curious what I could be doing differently. Using Grandma’s molasses and weighing most of the ingredients. Any suggestions are welcome.]]></description>

Easy to make.  I ran out of molasses.  Only had 1/2 cup.  So I substituted 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup real maple syrup for the other 1/2 cup of molasses.  &quot;I&quot; could taste the honey, but everyone else didn&#039;t notice.  
Great hit,  Sunday school class decorated them!!]]></description>
