Do you have any bariatric recipes? I had the the bypass surgery 5 1/2 years ago, and I am running out of good bariatric recipes. ( sugar free and low calories, and high protein.

Love this recipe! I have made it a million times for my family and it kills every time! I add some shredded Mexican cheese and more chiles, but otherwise it’s awesome! Thank you for the awesome recipe!

I wish I had seen the tip about adding another can of Northern beans if you can’t find butter. Idk why I took it upon myself to just add a can of white beans they were not northern beans and I don’t even remember what they’re called. Hope it turns out ok!!

I made this during this crazy quarrantine because I don’t have anything else to do but cook. It is awesome and easy to prepare. The crock pot does the hard work. I will definitely be making this again.
