Life-changing recipe! I used to dread making chicken baked in rice because it took an hour and a half and left me with a very sticky pan. Thanks to this recipe, we are now having it once a week and it is so delicious with almost no mess! I brown boneless skinless cuts and cook them whole and save the cubing for after it's cooked. For larger portions I use 3 lb meat, 2.25 cups rice, 2.5 cups broth and increase the wait time to 15 min. LOVE IT!!!
