Hi, can you use sea salt instead of regular salt? Should use less if i’m using sea salt?

Hubby loves the pickled banana peppers made from this recipe. Brine is supper easy to make and easy to adjust the quanity as needed. I keep assorted glass food jars with lids on hand. That way I can make a quick batch whether I have just a few peppers or a bucket full. Thanks Melissa.

BEST PEPPERS EVER ! I get tons of banana peppers from my garden, and eat some of these every day on sandwiches. Also use in salads.

Thank you! My family loves this recipe. Is there a way to water bathe or can this specific recipe? We like regular vinegar vs. apple cider vinegar.
