    15 One-Pot Dinner Ideas

Simple One-Pot Dinner Ideas are just the kind of thing that you need on hand for those busy nights you know you'll be running around to this or that, or for the night that you just don't feel like cooking. I am a huge fan of throwing everything in a pot and letting it all cook together, but I normally get stuck making lots of soups and chilis. I thought a fun list of One-Pot Dinner Ideas would be just the thing to get us both out of our cooking ruts while keeping it simple.

I just made your 'everything but the kitchen sink' soup last night because I've been pretty sick (moms should really not be allowed to get sick), I'm so happy to have leftovers for today! Love one pot dishes and can't wait to try some of these!
