As a person who likes Reese's peanut butter cups, but doesn't buy candy very often, this recipe was great. Tasted like a peanut butter cup, but better, not so salty. Also like that you had powder sugar instead of the regular sugar most recipes call for.
Also, it was very simple and quick to make.
There are a couple a couple other reason I made this recipe.
1. Had two open bags of dark chocolate and together made exactly what I needed.
2. For about a month now- no oven. (don't ask, do have the stove top that works- waiting to see if the new parts can start working or having to buy a new stove range).
I'm eating some of these PB bars right now. These are better than the store bought cookies we have.
I needed something somewhat sweet, but not overly sweet, and this recipe happened to appear just the other day in my email.

These no-bake peanut butter bars sound absolutely amazing! With their rich, creamy peanut butter filling and decadent chocolate topping, they’re sure to give peanut butter cups a run for their money. The fact that they’re so easy to make makes them even better. This is definitely the kind of dessert that will satisfy any sweet tooth in the best way possible. I can’t wait to try them!

Hmmm, I haven't heard of that one, it separates when you cut it?

Loved the ease and the taste but when the bars are cold the chocolate separates from the crust and even at room temp it tries.
Mine melted in two 30 second intervals.
What went wrong?
