Thanksgiving is upon us and I couldn't be more excited. I thought a roundup of 12 no bake dessert recipes for Thanksgiving would be the perfect thing to share today. Need a last minute dessert idea? I've got your back. No bake recipes are generally pretty easy to put together, they can often times be made in advance and kept in the fridge, and they don't take up room in your oven when other things are needing to get baked. I dream of double ovens one day, but that dream sure isn't a reality now. If you have a turkey going and would also like to cook rolls, pies, stuffing, and who knows what else, a few no bake desserts might just save the day.

Or if you are like me and the idea of making a pretty pie for a family function gives you hives, no bake is where it is at. I can make a perfectly tasty ugly pie, but in my mind, Thanksgiving pie is supposed to be pretty.

There is a recipe in this list for Pistachio Pudding Jello Salad and I was so excited to include it. My grandma has been making this salad, that we fondly refer to as "Green Stuff" for the holidays for years. It's a family favorite and so nostalgic; you better believe they'll be a bowl of it on our Thanksgiving table this year. Even though some of my family will be in Indiana, my grandma included, I'll still eat "Green Stuff" and think of them. Food has that effect on me. Oh how I love how sentimental food is this time of year.

Enjoy these recipes from my table to yours!
