Ingredients 

  • 1 ¼ cup whole corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup finely chopped red onion
  • ½ cup finely chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions 

  • Finely chop the mango, red onion, tomato, and cilantro.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Use a large fork or spoon to fold the ingredients together until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the ingredients to a serving dish.
