					<description><![CDATA[Simple soul that I am, I put 3C warm water in large plastic bowl with 1 tsp sugar and one package yeast. When it is proofed, bubbling, with one tablespoon salt I add whole wheat flour, mixing it in until it feels right, let it rise, knead it into 4 half loaves leaving them to rise in two bread pans. When 1/2 to 1 inch above edge of pans, I bake at 350, tenting it after 20 minutes with tinfoil, then cook another 35 minutes. Etc. Easy for an old guy, to remember and to do. Thank you.]]></description>
