Can this recipe be doubled in an 8 quart pressure cooker? I like to make extra to freeze as individual servings.

Wonderful recipe as written. I used a frozen ham bone from Easter. Super, super easy to make in the pressure cooker. Serving it with garlic bread. Thanks!

In reply to Steph. You can do either one! I'll normally add it after now though as I find the pressure cooker can diminish the flavor of spices.

The recipe says add seasoning packet before pressure cooking & video adds it after pressure cooking…which one?

In reply to Melissa Stroberger. You can do either! Sometimes I think the Instant Pot blows out the seasoning and so I'll either add all or half of it after I cook the dish, just to avoid that. Feel free to play around with it and see, both ways work well.
