					<description><![CDATA[I have another tip for an underripe pineapple. If you cut into it and realize it’s not ready, just bake it in the oven with some cinnamon or grill it. This releases some of the natural juices and tastes much better. I usually bake it in spears, after the skin is removed. Also, thanks for the tips, I am terrible at picking, or buy them when they are all underripe, so they all look the same, green. Also, I didn’t know you could twist the top either!]]></description>
