Thank you very much, this really helped. I too am faced with the dilemma of buying in bulk at Costco. I am only feeding myself and a lot of the vegetables I buy end up going bad. I also need ro know the best way to store broccoli and cauliflower.

I love this post! I buy from costco all the time, but then find myself pondering what to do with it all because it’s just my husband and I, so it’s pretty hard to go through bulk product without one of us getting sick of it lol. I’m totally going to do this next time I buy asparagus 🙂
