I made this bread for me and my family, and it was DELICIOUS! I bought a mat similar to what Subway uses though, and this recipe didn’t quite fill them up. Next time I’m going to double it and put them in the 5 leaves and I bet it’ll be perfect!

Can you freeze the dough after making it in to the long skinny and rising? Or do you have to bake then freeze? I just wanted to have some in the freezer when my kids want some

I made this bread last week using all purpose flour and it turned out amazing. Soft, Fluffy. I am going to try to make it with whole wheat flour.
