Recipe worked perfectly. Not sure why salt is listed twice so I only used 1/4 tsp. Easy to handle. I rolled it by hand.

I don’t make homemade pasta often enough. I’m pulling out my pasta roller and getting going on this pumpkin version. Love that the recipe comes from your grandmother!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! My kids have been begging me to try making homemade pasta for them. I’ve only done it once…so. 😉 Your advice is very helpful! I love that you added pumpkin to the dough. Soooo yummy! You’re a genius.
