Made these for my Oreo obsessed husband for Father’s Day and they were a total HIT!!

I let the dough sit overnight in the fridge and it turned out lovely still. Just needed to let it sit on the counter to soften before rolling out.

I just keep them store in an air-tight container on the counter. They freeze well too though if you aren’t going to eat them in the next few days!
