This is what my mom made when we were growing up but we lost the recipe. Thank you!! You’ve brought back some great memories and it was so good. My grandkids will now be able to have the same memory. 🙂

As a single father of two teenagers im always looking for something fast but tasty that I hope my kids will eat.
I made this dish over egg noodles and there was nothing left for leftovers.
Now this is a must meal for them. They ask for it at least once a week.
