Let's Get Started

Hi! I’m Melissa Griffiths and I write all about food and life on our hobby farm here at Bless this Mess.

I’m a busy mom of 5 little ones who is currently knee-deep in a DIY farmhouse build. I get how busy dinner can be.

I’ve written thousands of recipes, helped millions of people make food for their families, and encouraged families to eat together (without too much fussy) for over 10 years.

If you are looking for help getting dinner on the table, making lunches for kids, or even looking for the dessert that will make memories with your family. You are in the right place.

1. I’m here to help YOU!

My mission is simple, Bless This Mess is here to help parents answer the question, “what’s for dinner?” with wholesome, balanced meals that the entire family will love, all while teaching the tricks and tips parents need to get in and out of the kitchen and back to their wonderfully messy lives. I have strong emphasis in wholesome from-scratch recipes, meal/food prep and planning, and simple living.

If that sounds good to you, you’re in the right place!

3. A Few of my Favorite Things

If I were going to give you just a few of my favorite recipes, I’d have you start here. These are my family’s favorites and ones that I make over and over again. You are going to love them. You can see my full recipe index here (over 800 recipes!). Enjoy from my kitchen to yours!
