I made this the last night and we really loved it. I did use evaporated milk (that’s actually why I chose this recipe…I had a half can left over). I used shell pasta, spinach. It was a beautiful dish. I’d definitely make this again! My husband thought it would be good with some artichokes added. I didn’t have any, but I think that’s a great idea.
