This was great! Everyone loved it. Parboiled one cup diced fresh carrots. Sautéed half an onion and then added the rice; added thinly sliced green cabbage, diced red pepper, peas, cauliflower, leftover ham and the scrambled eggs. Added some sriracha for a bit of heat. Did not add any salt as I thought the soy sauce and ham would take care of that, which was a good decision. Will make again. Thank you!

I could smell the ginger and onion odor from the basement. All of a sudden, I heard a loud BOOM and when I went to go see what that was all about, I saw her on the floor. The fried rice was still cooking away, as she lay there dead on the floor. It was very heartbreaking. I called 911 and the ambulance came to get her body. I was left alone with the fried rice. I ate the fried rice. Very good and tasty. 10/10 would make it again.
