They are egg rolls fried in oil. Does it really matter how accurate it is? If you are counting calories maybe fried egg rolls aren’t the food item to be look at making. Just air fry them. That’s like going to McDonald’s and ordering a diet coke.

No, because when you commented it was counting that you were eating the 2 quarts of frying oil. So I omitted that frying oil now but it still won’t be quite right because it doesn’t account for any of the oil. I would assume it’s less than a teaspoon per roll though but I don’t have a solid way of knowing.

I like more shrimp then not. Im going to make this recipe and cook 1/2 pound of shrimp then cut it up. Ill post how they came out tomorrow.
