A friend has a gourmet bakery and makes the nicest sourdough Rye; I am going to share this recipe with her and prepare it for me! I love Cucumbers, Rye Bread, and cream cheese!

Cucumber sandwiches always make me think of things like The Importance of Being Ernest. I’ll have to use this recipe at my next British Literature themed party. 🙂
