I made this soup for supper and it was great. Love mushroom soup and always opened a can. But after making this recipe will only use home made, also this recipe is so easy and fast to make. Thanks.

I haven’t made this soup yet but homemade is much better than that awful canned stuff with MSG that’s called for in almost every recipe I’ve seen on the internet. “Can Opener Queen” Ree Drummond, I’m looking at you!
I also appreciate how you don’t add “salt to taste” to this recipe like so many others do.
I might pressure can this soup to have on hand for recipes calling for it.
