Ingredients
- 2 slices nitrate free bacon
Instructions
Place a stainless steel frying pan on burner over medium-low to medium heat. Let pan warm for about a minute.
Cut bacon in half with scissors and place in pan. The low heat is to allow the bacon to release some of it’s fat so that it doesn’t stick to your pan. Once the bacon looks slightly translucent you will know it’s time to turn up the heat.
Turn the heat up to medium high and cook until lightly crisp on each side. This take me about 5 to 7 minutes.
