In reply to Roseanne Healy. Yes! Just kind pull your dough out over the counter, sprinkle over, roll it back up and you are good to go. I find it a little harder to get things to distribute evenly when I add it later in the process but it definitely can be done.

In reply to Tina. I'd do 12-36 hours cold, it's kind of up to you, but when it comes out of the fridge just give it a good long while to warm up before you bake it.
