In reply to Jessy. Do it in batches and don't crowd the pan (or use a couple of pans!) the sear is a lot of the flavor! Great idea Jessy, I hope it goes well!

Wow. It is very rare that I cook something that tastes restaurant quality, but these fall in that category!!!!! Unbelievable flavor. And you wouldn’t believe it…I was fresh out of limes! Still phenomenal. Best chicken tacos I’ve ever made. And I’ve made a bunch. Thank you!!!
