Just made the recipe today and it is delicious.
I did try using buttermilk instead of milk (all we have is skim and almond milk-didn’t think those would work). I’ve never used buttermilk before, so I’m printing out quit a few of your recipes with buttermilk.
An adjustment I had to make was the oven temperature and the baking time. It wasn’t nearly done after 35 min at 350 so I checked a cookbook and they had a cobbler with the oven temp at 400. So I finished baking it at that temperature, about 10 mins more. I’m at high altitude, about 5,430 feet.
This is one recipe I will do again-with buttermilk
