This turned out so tasty! I did have to make a couple of changes… I didn’t have carrots, so I used a cup from a bag of frozen mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn, beans). I used a small amount of potato starch to thicken. I will definitely make this again!

Our neighbor gave us a giant bag of broccoli florettes so I made this one and a half times the recipe and I didn’t change anything besides just how much I made, and wow! Was this ever delicious! Thank you so much! Oh, I used heavy cream for my choice at the end.

I’ve been making this recipe for a while now. I add two more cups of broth (and a bit more of everything as a result) – and it’s always a fan-favorite! Delicious!

In reply to Renee. It might be a little full for an 8 quart but you can always reduce the broth by a few cups to help it fit! I'd totally try it!
