It’s going to depend a lot on the thickness of your steak! I think those would all be pretty similar and yes, if you want a medium well you’d need to reduce the time by about 2 minutes.

If I were to do a filet minon or rib eye steak this way, would the time be shorter if I wanted it to be medium well done? ( That is pink in the middle.)
