8 Week Health Challenge

Anyone want to do a health challenge with me?!

I did the Feel Great in 8 program in January and February and just loved it, and now that I’ve had a little break I want to do it again!

Feel Great in 8 is awesome. You get points for things like eating fruits and veggies, drinking water, and taking your supplements, but what I love most is that you also get points for things like family time, service, journal writing, and mediating/daily prayer. It’s a very well rounded program that is meant to strengthen you physically, mentally, and spiritually, and I like that. It feels very well-balanced and is just the little push I need to really kick a healthy lifestyle into gear.

You pay $20 to participate and most of that money goes toward cash prizes at the end and weekly random drawings. I wasn’t in it to win prize money, but paying a little up front helped me to stick with the program. I invested a little money into it and didn’t want to waste it.

I had so much fun meeting Tiffany (the creator and master mind behind Feel Great in 8) at a blogging conference in February. She’s fun, down to earth, lives what she preaches, and I’m really excited to support her.

When I did the challenge at the beginning of the year I did a shout-out on my personal Facebook to see if anyone wanted to do it with me. I ended up having a friend from college who lives in Arizona and a friend from Kentucky do it with me. We made our own little Facebook group. These other women were vital in my success. I really couldn’t have done it without their support. We shared recipes, success, and struggles. In the end, I’m SO grateful that they did it with me.

Now I’m ready for round 2 and I’m looking for another group of ladies to do it with me!
